Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds... The Sheikh, may God be pleased with the faith and religion, Abu Al-Fadael Al-Hasan bin Muhammad bin Al-Hasan Al-Saghani, said... Praise be to God, the life-giver of the souls and the executor of the pen... And he said... Muhammad bin Mahmoud bin Ahmad... The word “lam” is to be defined, and the definition of “lam” is to distinguish what was intended by its entry from other things... ... So the hadith of Ibn Umar is meant to refer to the beginning of his ihram, and the hadith of Anas is to be used to refer to the end of the sentence, which indicates that the Qur’an is better and is worthy of its rank, may God bless him and grant him peace. He rises from the lowest to the highest unless he descends from the highest to the lowest, and God knows best what is right.
