The copy contains the seventh parts. The seventh ends on page 346 at [Chapter: Does the imam order a man to strike the punishment in his absence]. The eighth part began on page 364 with the book on blood money. At its conclusion, from folio 633b to the end of the copy, there are notes for explanation. | “From the beginning of the Book of Literature to the end of the chapter of God Almighty’s saying: And We set the scales with justice.”

His saying... The Book of Manners, the chapter on righteousness and connection, and the saying of God Almighty, “And We have enjoined upon man to be good to his parents, likewise for most.” Some of them deleted the word righteousness and connection, and some of them the basmalah, and Al-Nasafi restricted himself to his saying, “The Book of Righteousness and Connection.” ... Chapter on the saying of God Almighty, “And We set up the scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection like this” by Abu Dharr, and it falls for most of them for the Day of Resurrection, and the scales are the plural of mizan, and its origin is mizan, so I changed the waw yaa’ to break down what came before it, and there was disagreement in mentioning it here. By the word plural, is what is meant by “every person having a scale” or “for every action there is a scale” so the plural is true... The end of Fath Al-Bari.
