Notes With the addition of the 4-6 age group to the service areas of the Presidency of Religious Affairs, activities in this field have increased rapidly over the years. This program, which is in high demand throughout the country, needs to be evaluated in many aspects such as both the implementation process and the achievement of its goals. In this context, the aim of the study is to evaluate the DİB 4-6 Age Group Quran Courses Curriculum in line with its didactic opinions, to determine the current situation in the field, and to try to develop a scale to provide data for the revision activities to be carried out to make the program more efficient. Since this study is a descriptive study, survey design, one of the quantitative methods, was used in the study. A scale consisting of 30 questions and 4 dimensions was developed to evaluate the DIB 4-6 Age Group Quran Courses Curriculum. While preparing the scale questions, the stages (context, input, process, product) of Stufflebeam's CIPP model, one of the program evaluation models, were taken as basis and the questions were determined based on the program achievements. The research data was obtained by applying the scale form to 480 instructors working in Quran courses for the 4-6 age group affiliated with the Istanbul Mufti's Office in the 2019-2020 academic year. The result obtained by exploratory factor analysis was confirmed by testing with confirmatory factor analysis, and as a result of the analysis, it was found that the scale is a valid and reliable tool. With the addition of the 4-6 age group to the service areas of the Presidency of Religious Affairs(PRA), the activities in this area have increased rapidly over the years.
