In this article, the approach of Islamic thought to the cultures included in its geographical area during the formation process is discussed. The Islamic society has, from time to time, developed norms of approach to the religious and social communities and values of various characters included in its field. The protection of Islamic culture and civilization has been a historical mark for these communities with very different characters and the values they hold. On the one hand, these communities were protected from extinction and deadly destruction, and on the other hand, the Islamic cultural environment provided them with communication and interaction opportunities. The existence and continuity of similar, different, contradictory, opposite and other characters in the Islamic cultural environment is an important historical experience of humanity. The issue of the spread of their own cultural assets and intellectual experiences to the umbrella cultural environment is also important for the history of Islamic culture and thought.
