Earthquakes have been on the agenda of humanity throughout history. The characteristic of this disaster, which is unknown where, when and with what severity, is that it causes loss of life and property. For this reason, societies with weak economic power and those who cannot take precautions are more affected by earthquakes. It is not right to interpret earthquakes and accidents with a forced understanding of fate or to perceive them as divine punishment without taking precautions. On the contrary, everything that exists in the universe was created in a certain measure and order. Within the scope of these measures and laws, earthquakes occur when the energy accumulated on fault fractures within the earth is released. Islamic religion people; held comprehensively responsible for all natural disasters and accidents, as predicted by trust, will, destiny, reason and science. Accordingly; It is a religious and humanitarian duty to take precautions against possible natural disasters, traffic and work accidents, taking into account the developing technical tools and equipment of the age. As a matter of fact, the measures taken by Japan and developed countries regarding the events in question have been successful. On this occasion, it was deemed appropriate to carry out this study under the title of "Earthquake and Responsibility Consciousness in the Context of Trust, Destiny" in order to contribute to the field.
