Examining the hadith in the early periods is an activity that has difficulties due to limited opportunities to access the source. However, the practices and acceptances made in the name of hadith in the period close to the source, in a sense, form the basis of the science of hadith. Hz. He became one of the firsts when the Prophet conveyed Islam. Abu Bakr, Hz. He supported the Prophet and was with him in many important events. This draw is Hz. It continued until the death of the Prophet. In this period when the Prophetic climate did not lose its effect, the practices of the first caliph, Hz. It is of particular importance as it contains the practices and traces of the Prophet. Hz. Issues such as how Abu Bakr evaluated the hadith in terms of evidence, what kind of attitude he had in narrating, how many hadiths he narrated, and what he did regarding the hadith during his caliphate reveal his attitude towards the hadith. These issues determined during his caliphate can also be considered as the starting point of universal elements and general acceptances in the science of hadith. From this point of view, Hz. We will try to present sections from Abu Bakr's practices regarding hadith.
