Notes	Almighty Allah sent His divine books not alone, but together with the prophets who explained and implemented them. Because if there were no prophets who explained the books and connected them with life, it would be inevitable for the texts of revelation to be used in very different meanings. As a matter of fact, various examples of these have emerged throughout history. In this context, in understanding the Quran, the last divine book, Hz. How the hadiths containing the words and deeds of the Prophet contribute to the sources of exegesis, what kind of problems in understanding and interpreting the verses or what kind of understanding of Islam arises when there are no hadiths, will be investigated specifically for the first surah in the order of revelation. Accordingly, among the narrated commentaries, Tabari's (d. 310/923) Câmiu'l-Beyân 'an te'vîli âyi'l-Kur'an, Imam Mâturîdî's (d. 333/944) Tevîlâtü'l-Kur'an, which is based on reason and narration together, and Tevîlâtü'l-Kur'an, which gives priority to reason. el-Keşşâf ʿan hakāʾikı gavâmizi't-tenzîl ve ʿuyûni'l-ekāvîl fî vücûhi't-teʾvîl by ez-Zemahseri (d. 538/1144), a follower of Mutezile, by Muhammad Abduh (1849-1905) Tefsîru cüz'i Amme, Şinkîtî's (1907-1974) Edvâʾü'l-beyân fî îzâhi'l-Kurʾân bi'l-Kur'ân, Bayraklı's Tafsir of the Qur'an in the Light of a New Understanding, and the hadiths they used as basis. will be examined. Again, one of the early writers, Abdurrezzâk b. Both hadith and tafsir books of Hemmâm (d. 211/826) will be examined. In addition, the hadiths mentioned in the mentioned surah will be examined in the tafsir sections of the hadith books and compared with the tafsir books.
