After the first Islamic conquests outside the Arabian Peninsula, many companions left Medina and settled in different geographies in order to carry out activities to convey Islam. Companions who settled in Iraq, Damascus, Jazira and Egypt contributed to the teaching of Islam through educational activities. Thousands of companions settled in different geographies, especially in Iraq and Damascus. These are the people who form a circle around them. They conveyed the hadiths they learned from the Prophet. Caliph Hz. Omer is the Prophet so that people can learn about Islam. Some of the Prophet's leading companions were assigned just for this task. The famous companion Abdullah b. Mes'ûd to Iraq, Muâz b. He sent Cebel to Damascus. Hundreds of scholars were educated in the lessons of these Companions, among the people we call the Tabi'in generation. They emerged as a generation that learned Islam in the best way. In this article, which is an introduction to this subject, we will talk about the efforts of some famous companions to teach Islam in the mentioned geographies.
