Its value is 10 kuruş. 81 records/37 leaves/Mehmed Said Bey, the late İsmail Hakkı, who was the deputy of the Ministry of Naval Affairs and Imperial Foundations. He is the son of the Pasha. He was born in Dersaadet in the fiscal year 1282, and after attending the Beylerbeyi Sibyan and Junior High Schools for a while, he completed his education at the Sultanate School. He received certificates of knowledge, science and literature in two continents, dated 16 June 299. He translated books and books in Turkish and French and also knew a little English.
