The study is about the levels of existence in the Ottoman manuscript Sırr-ı Cânânis Mesnevi of Bâyezîd-i Rûmî, one of the well-known figures of the Halvetism in the 16th century. The reason why Sırr-ı Cânân, an example of the didactic poetry genre, was chosen as the subject of the article is that the categories of existence are explained through various symbols and circular shapes called "Cihannüma". The theory regarding the ontology of existence in Sufism belongs to Ibn al-Arabi (d. 638/1240). 0 has established a graded relationship between names and existence. Those who were influenced by this theory, especially Sadreddîn Konevi (d. 673/1274), divided things into two as "reality" and "essence" and referred to numerous general categories of existence and described them in five, six, seven and forty classifications. In the research, Bâyezîd-i Rûmî's way of perceiving and explaining existence, whether he preserved the basic structure coming from tradition in the classification of levels of existence, and if there is a change, at what points he differs will be analyzed through the figures in the work.
