The copy was completed on Friday 6 Shawwāl 787/10 November 1385 by Khalīl ibn ‘Abd Allāh ibn Sulaymān (Khalīl ibn Abdullah ibn Sulayman), who copied the text for his own use (f. 178v, lines 32-35, see

The honorable Sheikh Abu Al-Faraj bin Yaqoub, the famous royal Christian known as Ibn Al-Quff, said:
Praise be to God, the Creator of creation, its originator, the dispenser of sustenance and its source, the decree of life, its quantifier and creator
Sickness, His removal, and His pleasure upon all His prophets and saints. And after that, some of them asked me
He worked in the medical industry to explain to him the book of chapters by Imam Hippocrates...
Ends (f. 178v, lines 28-31):
...which is to be
Foods in large quantities are long in use, so people who use them will become ill, because if the ingredients in these foods are long in use, they will become ill
In the body and you did not vomit, it gave rise to corrupt humours, and these corrupt humours undoubtedly cause the faculties to be weak.
Removing this substance and purifying the body from it occurs through diarrhea, and that is from below, and God knows best

May God reward her well
He hung it for himself, the poor man, God Almighty, Khalil Ibn Abdullah Ibn Sulaiman Al-Muttabbab, may God forgive them both
Praise be to God alone, and may His prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family and companions, and may God bless us and grant us peace
