Comprehensive guide to medicine by al-Muwaffiq Shams al-Riyāsah abū al-‘Ashā’ir Hibat Allāh ibn Zayn (Al-Muwaffaq Shams al-Riyasah Abu al-Asha’ir Hibat Allah ibn Zayn; d. 1198) known as Ibn Jumay’ (Ibn All), personal physician to the sultan of Egypt and Syria Saladin (Saladin al-Ayyubi; d. 1193).
The work is divided into four books (articles):
Book One: On the General Principals of the Science of Medicine
Book Two: On Simple Drugs and Foods (ff. 34v-65r);
Book Three: On the Preservation of Health and the Treatment of Diseases (ff. 65v-135r);
Book Four: On Compound Drugs and Foods (ff. 135v-179r).
The treatise was copied on 8 Rajab 951/25 September 1544 by Muḥammad ibn al-Shaykh Muḥammad, known as Ibn al-Kattā (Muhammad ibn al-Sheikh Muhammad, known as Ibn al-Katta), who produced the copy for his own use (see

...And my success is only in God, in whom I trust
When the Supreme Council was appointed Mawlawi, Judge Al-Fadhili, may God protect His Eminence Al-Mahasin in his court
And generate the resources of generosity from his fingertips and comfort...
Ends (f. 179r, lines 10-12):
... A total of nine ounces of oil
Of the drink is ten ounces, a spoon is two spoons, a spoon of honey, which is four mithqals, and a spoon of medicines
It is the weight of one fine, a quarter of a dirham, and God, Glory be to Him, knows best. God has made us feel good, and He is the best disposer of affairs, He is the best Protector, and He is the best of bliss (?)
