Treatise on pharmacopoeia comprising seventeen chapters (chapter). The text is defective at the beginning and the author's name is not known.
Some folios are missing and unfoliated leaves have been inserted after ff. 11 and 34 to mark locations of missing leaves.
The text is followed by a short note on the 'oil of distillation' (Oil of Distillation, f. 67r-v).

Sweet and early, the grease (?) is tender, not old or salty, because of the sharpness in salt
And removal (?), God willing, there is no Lord other than Him and no deity other than Him

The hand-making of drinks and other things has been written for any servant of his Lord
With the praise and help of God, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon Muhammad, his Prophet, and upon his family
