Medical compendium on drug therapy, dietetics and pharmacopoeia by the Andalusian physician Abū Marwān ‘Abd al-Malik ibn Abī al-‘Alā’ Zuhr (Abu Marwan Abd al-Malik ibn Abi al-Ala Zuhr, d. 1162), known as Ibn Zuhr (Ibn Zuhr), Latinised as Avenzoar.
The text is divided into three sections (parts) or books (travels):
Book One (First Book, ff. 1r-115r);
Section Two (Part Two, ff. 117r-211r);
Section Three, ff. 211v-234r.
The last page (f. 234r) has been replaced by a much later hand.

The book of facilitation in treatment and management
Abdul Malik bin Zahr said, Praise be to God...
Ends (f. 234r, lines 3-7):
I made this part of my book like a seal, and I made this
The universal law and the easy path are also a seal, if so
Honesty, with the grace of God Almighty (!) And if there was a shortcoming, then I have worked hard
God Almighty (!) is my witness, and He, Glory be to Him, benefits and exalts my book
He commanded you and reminded you of His blessings and peace...
