Both treatises written in the same hand., Incipit: [Rumor about the Signs of the Hour] In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful Ahmad is the one who made clear the path of truth and bestowed upon it a guide and a promise in everything... -- [The Minutes News] In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. It was stated in the report that God Almighty created a tree with four branches, so he called it the Tree of Certainty, then He created the light of Muhammad, peace be upon him, in the veil of a white pearl like it..., Colophon: [The Rumor in the Signs of the Hour] Its author, the poor, said to God Almighty, Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rasul ibn Abd al-Sayyid al-Alawi al-Husayni al-Musawi al-Shahrzuri al-Barzanji, then al-Madani, may God pardon him. I concluded it on Wednesday, between the two prayers, the twenty-first of the sacred month of God, Dhul-Qi’dah, in the months of the year 1076 in the Prophet’s city, in my house in the alley known as [the] market, praising and praying, seeking forgiveness and hoping for forgiveness. Muqalla, calling for forgiveness for Muslim men and women, may God make it a pretext for the Day of Resurrection for the sake of the Master of servants, Amen, Amen - [Al-Daqaaq Al-Akhbar] The Prophet, peace be upon him, said that the people of Paradise eat and ruminate while their food and drink do not become harmful, and they have a scent like the scent of musk and camphor. The book was completed with the help of King Wahhab 1. fol. [ii]b-101a: Kitāb al-Ishāʻat fī ashrāṭ al-sāʻah. A treatise on the signs and prognostics of the day of judgment. The first folio has been replaced by a later hand. It is stated in the colophon that the work was composed in al-Madīnah, 1076 [1666]., 2. fol. 101a: [Fawāʼid] “Masʼalat īmān fī ḥaqq al-rūḥ wa-al-jasad” and a question about about the creation of the world., 3. fol. 101b-134a: Daqāyiq akhbār. A treatise on the creation of man and the angels, on death and the next world. The last folio has been replaced by a later hand. | Later?
