Both treatises written in the same hand., Incipit: [الاشاعة في اشراط الساعة] بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم احمد من اوضح منهاج الحق ونصب عليه في كل شيئ دللا ووعدا ... -- [الدقائق الاخبار] بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم وقد جاء في الخبر ان الله تعالى خلق شجرة ولها اربعة اعصان فسماها شجرة اليقين ثم خلق نور محمد عليه السلام في حجاب درة بيضاء مثله ..., Colophon: [الاشاعة في اشراط الساعة] قال مولفه الفقير الى الله تعالى محمد بن عبد الرسول بن عبد السيد العلوي الحسيني الموسوي الشهرزوري البرزنجي ثم المدني عفا [الله] عنه ختمتها يوم الاربعاء بين الصلاتين حادي عشرين شهرالله الحرام ذي القعدة من شهورسنة 1076 بالمدينة النبويّة بمنزلي بالزقاق المعروف بـ[ال]سويقة حامدا ومصليا مستغفرا محسبلا محوقلا داعيا بالمغفرة للمسلمين والمسلمات جلعا الله ذريعة ليوم المعاد بجاه سيد العباد امين امين -- [الدقائق الاخبار] قال النبي عليه السلام ان اهل الجنة ياکلون ويتفکهون لم يصر طعامهم وشرابهم اذى ويکون لهم ريحاً کريح المسك والکافور. تمت الکتاب بعون الملك الوهاب | 1. fol. [ii]b-101a: Kitāb al-Ishāʻat fī ashrāṭ al-sāʻah. A treatise on the signs and prognostics of the day of judgment. The first folio has been replaced by a later hand. It is stated in the colophon that the work was composed in al-Madīnah, 1076 [1666]., 2. fol. 101a: [Fawāʼid] "Masʼalat īmān fī ḥaqq al-rūḥ wa-al-jasad" and a question about about the creation of the world., 3. fol. 101b-134a: Daqāyiq akhbār. A treatise on the creation of man and the angels, on death and the next world. The last folio has been replaced by a later hand. | Later? quarter-bound type III (without flap) binding in dark red leather and marbled paper. Pink paper pastedowns and flyleaves.
