Notes	The resignation of the civil servant from public services is limited to the following cases: I - Resignation. II — Impeachment. III - Completion of the duty by expiration of a previously determined period. IV - Retirement a) Disability. b) By age restriction. I — Resignation. — Resignation is the officer's demonstration of his desire to leave the service in which he works, even though his continuation of duty is not interrupted or interrupted in any way. However, this desire and intention alone is not enough to sever the relationship between the official and the administration. At the same time, this request must be accepted by the administration. Exceptionally, there is a situation where desire alone is sufficient without the need for this acceptance process: The resignations of some qualified officials. (Provincial General Assembly decreasing. Municipal Council members, Mayors.)
