The work written by Devletoğlu Yûsuf from Balıkesir, whose real name is Yûsuf bin Hüseyin el-Kirmastî. Devletoğlu Yûsuf did not mention a name for the work whose sources are mentioned as el-Hâşiye ale'l-MutavvelveHâşiyetu'ş-Şerhi'l Mutavvel li't-Telhî (Aktaş 2019: 24). The text is attributed to el-Kazvînî (d. 739/1338). It is the annotation written by Devletoğlu Yûsuf on al-Mutavvel's annotation written by Seyyid Şerîf Cürcânî (d. 816/1413), which was written as a commentary by Taftazânî (d. 792/1390) in the eloquence book named aitet-Telhîsîs (Balcı 2014: 414; Tanyıldız 2020). This work, written in different time periods, consists of the commentary of the meaning and declaration parts of al-Mutawwal. The author wrote the declaration part of the treatise after 857/1453 and gave it to Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror, and the literal part was written in 917-918/1511-1512. By writing in the years II. He dedicated it to Prince Ahmed, the son of Bayezid (Aktaş 2019: 18, 24). Two copies of the work written in Arabic could be identified: Süleymaniye Library, Süleymaniye, Nu. 00888, vr. 11b-133a; Süleymaniye Library, Turhan V. Sultan, Nu. 00283, vr. 1b-142a, 143b-238a (Aktaş 2019: 24). sahib Aktaş also works at Edirne Selimiye Manuscript Library, Nu. 00039, vr.
