Notes	Müzîlü'ş-Şükûk is Hasan Halvetî's Sufi prose work. Hasan Halvetî (b. 138? - d. 1441) Müzîlü'ş-Şükûk is Hasan Hâce's work on Sufism, written in Arabic after the death of Emir Sultan in 1429. This work, which is frequently mentioned in sources related to Hasan Hâce, is registered in the Ulucami section of Bursa İnebey Manuscript Library with number 1701 and was donated to the Cami-i Kebir Library by Mehmet Tahir Efendi from Bursa (Mehmet Tahir 1972: 105). Mustafa Utku translated the work into Turkish and published it in his work titled "Emir Sultan's Menkıbeleri". It is understood from this translation that the work is arranged in seven chapters and fifty-six chapters. The work consists of the following chapters (Utku 2011: 213-326): "The first chapter is the obligation of becoming a sheikh; the second chapter is to know the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him); the third chapter is to love the descendants of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him); the fourth chapter is the enlightenment of the heart; the fifth chapter is what Allah gives to His servants. The sixth chapter talks about seeing the flaws of the soul and the traps of the devil; the seventh chapter talks about directing the intention and desire to obedience to Allah. The occasional mention of Emir Sultan in the introduction of Müzîlü'ş-Şükûk has caused researchers to evaluate this work as an Emir Sultan Menâkıbname (Uludağ 2005: 44; Liman 2007: 47; Utku). 2011: 214; Kahraman 2009: 13). However, in Müzîlü'ş-Şükûk, as can be understood from the names of the chapters above, Sufi issues are discussed and therefore it has a Sufi identity. Although it is stated in some works that the couplet "Zâhirüni public liked the sufî bilgin adun / The genius of the West is purified varisa Hakdan udun" is mentioned in Müzîlü'ş-Şükûk (İsmail Beliğ 1287: 80; Atlansoy 1998: 242; Tek 2007: 82). This information is incorrect. In his aforementioned work, Hüsâmeddin Bursevî explains the couplet above with the explanation: "There are even Turkic poetic words that are significant and one of the sentences is this beyt-i şerîf" (Husâmeddin Bursevî n.d., vr.: 89b). Nimetullah Efendi said, “This couplet belongs to the genius of His Holiness Hāce.” (Nimetullah Efendi n.d., vr.: 50a) states that from these expressions it is understood that Hasan Hâce has works other than Müzîlü'ş-Şükûk.
