The copying record on page 207a at the end of the treatise is the copying record of the copy from which this treatise was copied. In the record, the date of copying of the copy in question is stated as Cemâziyelevvel 1004. There are notes on the margins of the pages regarding the content of the work. The beginnings of the words are written in red ink. The author of this work, Mahmud ed-Dugaym, is listed as Hüsâmeddin b. in the catalog he prepared for the Süleymaniye collection. Although Halil el-Bursevi er-Rûmî determined the name of the work as "Zübde-i Menâkıb ve Güzîde-i Metalib", the name of the work and the author were not recorded as such since no information confirming this could be found. The treatise explains the description of prayer, its virtues and the times when prayer will be accepted. In addition, based on sound hadiths and acceptable narrations, the Ism-i Azam prayer, prayers to be recited during travel and war, in the morning and evening, while eating, drinking, entering and leaving the house, for the protection of life, property and people, during fasting, on holidays, on the night of power, and Turkish explanations about these prayers are included. The treatise consists of an introduction and seven chapters.
