Notes
Sadruşşerî'a es-Sânî Ubeydullah b. Mes'ud b. Sa'deddin also contributed to the work called et-Tavzîh fî Halli Gavâmizi't-Tenkîh, which is the text of Ömer el-Buhârî el-Mahbûbî el-Hanefî's (747/1346) work titled Tenkîhu'l-Usûl, written by him on the method of fiqh, and the commentary on its important issues. It is a commentary written by Hasan Çelebi (891/1486) based on the commentary written by Taftazânî (792/1390).
At the end of some copies (Giresun Yazılar / 00185; İsa Paşa / 00085; Vahid Paşa / 178) there is a record stating the copyright period of the work and the end date of the copyright. According to this record, the writing of the work started in Ramadan in 883 and was completed in Shaban in 885.
Introduction II. It contains a dedication to Bayezid. There are prints from Istanbul dated 1284 (Ragıp Paşa / 03735) and from Egypt dated 1322 (İzmirli İsmail Hakkı / 00470-002). As for the copies of the work, approximately 120 manuscript copies of the work can be viewed in the TYEK manuscript database. There is no introduction of Hasan Çelebi in the copy we have and in some copies such as National Library Manuscripts / 06 Mil Yz A 4389, Manisa Provincial Public Library / 406, these copies start with the Telvih commentary.

(1b) His saying, “Praise be to God, who has made His Book the foundations of the law, the glue, the rulings, the mastery, and the book in the language, such as books and writing, is a source of books with the meaning of a plural in which the object is named for exaggeration, or a built object for the object, such as clothing... (230b) His saying, because the possibility of falling, etc., was said to be refuted, is apparent, for what is likely to be dropped must bear the prohibition of abandoning it, and it is not permissible to void prayer in the sentence with excuses, and it is not permissible to void the prohibition of abandoning it in the sentence. This is the last thing we wanted to mention in the footnotes of the book, seeking the help of King Al-Wahhab. Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, and blessings be upon our master Muhammad and his entire family. Its completion was completed at the end of Sha`ban in the year eight hundred and eighty-five, and its opening was in Ramadan in the year eight hundred and eighty-three. We ask God Almighty to make it pure for His honorable face and make it a reason for supplication from those who are prepared. Indeed, He is the righteous, the merciful, the generous.
