The rulers are red. Cherryrot leather binding.
It is the tezkirei collection of Mirza-zade Mehmed Emin Salim (d.1156/1743), which contains the translations of approximately 423 poets who came between the years 1100 (1688-1689) and 1132 (1719-1720). Tezkire consists of a preface and two chapters, the first chapter contains the sultans and the second chapter contains the poets in alphabetical order. This memoir was printed in Istanbul in 1314.
