It is the translation of the part of the great Arabic history of Ayıntablı Bedreddin ebu MMuhammed Mahmud el-Ayni (d.855/1451) called Ikd el-cüman fi-trihi ehl ez-zaman, from the year 621 (1224) to Shawwal of the year 628 (1231), by Izzet Pasha, upon the order of the Sultan.
