Old paper dust wrapper bound in at end after folio 65 (BEIC legal publication on Regulation II for 1819); watermark (T Stains, 1816); attached note (probably in the hands of Charles Storey). Folios cropped and rebound; torn, stains, wormholes, later repairs; recent BL conservation repairs (dated 3/[19]98).
