Inscription "69" in Arabic numerals on the lower edge., The name of the author appears at the beginning of the text as : ʻAbd al-Razzāq ibn al-Sayyid ʻAbd al-Fattāḥ Lādhiqānī (fol. 2a), and in the colophon as : ʻAbd al-Razzāq ibn al-Sayyid ʻAbd al-Fattāḥ al-Ḥusaynī nasaban al-Lādhiqānī baladan (fol. 68a).
