The work is also known as Kitāb al-FuṣūI. | Ms. codex., Title from title page (fol. 2a)., A few marginal notes and glosses. On the title page and the folio before is a table of contents. Title on lower edge of text block illegible., Collation: Paper ; fol. 221 ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Layout: 19 lines per page., Description: Some vowel signs ; MS in fair condition; defective and stained with dampness. Last 3-4 lines of text on some pages faded and occasionally illegible., Incipit: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. The chapters of the rabbis and the disagreement therein. The chapter of the rabbi is his due and he does not say to the rabbi his due for what you have presented in the matter..., Colophon: And God knows best, and may his prayers and peace be upon our Master Muhammad the Prophet and his family and peace be upon him, and praise be to God, Lord of the worlds | Later? type III (without flap) binding in dark brown leather.
