The work is also known as Kitāb al-FuṣūI. | Ms. codex., Title from title page (fol. 2a)., A few marginal notes and glosses. On the title page and the folio before is a table of contents. Title on lower edge of text block illegible., Collation: Paper ; fol. 221 ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals., Layout: 19 lines per page., Description: Some vowel signs ; MS in fair condition; defective and stained with dampness. Last 3-4 lines of text on some pages faded and occasionally illegible., Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. فصول الاحبار وما فيها من الخلاف فصل الحبر صيعه ولا يقول للحبر صيعه على ما قدمت في الامر ..., Colophon: والله اعلم وصلواته على سيدنا محمد النبي واله وسلم تسليما والحمد لله رب العالمين | Later? type III (without flap) binding in dark brown leather.
