It is a work created and bound by bringing together 11 different manuscripts (Manuscript numbers: MS 548, MS 549, MS 550, MS 551, MS 552, MS 553, MS 554, MS 555, MS 556, MS 557, MS 558).
548 AD: The work, written in the period before the formation of the sects, deals with the subjects of fiqh, morality and Sufism. The work has been a handbook for preachers for centuries. In the work consisting of 107 chapters, topics such as the hardship of the grave, the people of hell and their attributes, arrogance, slander, backbiting, and slander are discussed with the help of verses and hadiths. Katip Çelebi narrates a rumor that Bostanu'l-Arifin has suğra, vusta and kubra versions. Accordingly, this suğra, which is common in Arab and Greek countries, is the one we have. Many editions of the work were made independently and together with another work of Samarkandi, Tenbihu'l-Gafilin, in Calcutta, Istanbul, Bulak, Cairo and Bombay, and both works were translated into Turkish by Aldülkadir Çiçek. Additional information: It is the first work of a magazine with eleven works. The copying of the copy was completed by Hüsam on 11-20 Ramazan 1001/11-20 June 1593. Ia has the appropriation seal and imprint information for ten of the works in the magazine. Some writings on the same leaf have been deleted. Hz in Ib. Aisha and Hz. There is a narration from Omar. There is an index in IIa-1a, and an appropriation record in the name of Ereğli Mufti Hafız Ali el-Avnî in 1a. The index in IIa-1a must have been written by Hafız Ali el-Avnî, the owner of the copy. 80a has the seal of appropriation. 97b contains information on practical medicine. There are fevâid on some edges. The copy is rejected.
549 AD: In this short treatise, the story of Khidr and Elijah is told. In the treatise, Khidr's schema is given, it is stated that he is subject to Sharia-i Mustafa, and it is noted that denying the existence of Khidr and Elijah is due to ignorance, and denying that they are prophets is due to lack of intelligence. In the work, 494 issues related to sharia and sect are discussed. Additional information: It is the second work of the magazine with eleven works. The copy we have contains one and a half pages of the work. There is no copying record. Then the edges are empty. The copy is rejected. In 98a, before the work begins, there is a recording of "Ahvâl-i Hızır ve İlyas salavatullahi 'aleyhimâ'".
550 AD: It is a treatise written in the context of cash foundations that took place among the Ottoman ulama in the 16th century. In this Turkish treatise, the issue of cash foundations is discussed through eighteen passages. At the end of the treatise, Ebussuud Efendi gives a fatwa that cash foundations are permissible. A refutation was written on the treatise by another Ottoman Shaykh al-Islam Çiviza de Muhyiddin Mehmed Efendi. Birgivî also has a treatise refuting Ebussuud. Additional information: It is the third work of the magazine with eleven works. The introduction of the copy we have was written by the copyist. There is no record of copying in the copy. 551 AD: In this short treatise on whether or not there will be a fee for recitation of the Holy Quran, the author states that some stubborn and mischievous people say that those who recite the Holy Quran cannot be paid any money in return for the Quran they read, and that they consider Mevlana Muhyiddin Çelebi's Turkish treatise as the source of their opinion. He later wrote this treatise to show that this issue was not as they claimed. The author of the work, whose manuscript is missing at the end, has not been identified. However, the Muhyiddin Çelebi mentioned in the introduction must be Çivizade Muhyiddin Mehmed Efendi, one of the Ottoman Sheikhuslislams. In this case, the copyright date of the work should not be earlier than the 16th century. Additional information: It is the fourth work of the magazine with eleven works. 552 AD: It is a treatise written in the context of cash foundations that took place among the 16th century Ottoman scholars. In the treatise, which is stated to belong to Fenarizade Muhyiddin Çelebi, one of the Ottoman Sheikhulislams, a long Turkish question about the cash foundation is answered, based on a dispute between the foundation and the trustees. The name of the work was determined according to the entry next to the bismillah in 104b and the expression in the text in 105a. Additional information: It is the fifth work of the magazine with eleven works. The copy of the work we have is missing the last part; Therefore, there is no record of copying. 104a is empty. 553 AD: It is a copy of the letter sent by Sheikh Bâlî Efendi to Suleiman the Magnificent regarding the foundation of movable properties. In the debate on cash foundations that took place among the Ottoman scholars in the sixteenth century, Sofyalı Bâlî Efendi wrote many letters about cash foundations to Suleiman the Magnificent, Rumelia Kazaskesi Çivizâde and his student Şah Çebi, and in these letters, he drew attention to the negativities caused by the ban on cash foundations in practice. This letter is one of the letters he sent to Suleiman the Magnificent. In the introduction of the treatise, it is stated that some charitable institutions are derelict and that if cash foundations are not permissible, these charitable institutions will be idle, and this situation will be identical with obedience turning into rebellion. Tahsin Özcan also published and translated this letter in his article in which he evaluated Bali Efendi's letters. Additional information: It is the sixth work of the magazine with eleven works. There is no record of copying in the copy. There is the seal of ownership at 111a. 111b is empty. Then the edges are empty. The copy is rejected.
554 AD: It is a copy of the peace made by the Ottoman and Iranian ambassadors upon the surrender of Iran's Sultaniyye province and another province to the Ottomans. The treatise includes articles such as that amir al-hajj will be appointed to both places every year, that an ambassador will be posted in their capitals as before, that no difficulties will be caused to the merchants, and that visiting the grave of Imam-i Azam Abu Hanife will not be prevented. Since the names of Mehmed Emîn and Eşref Hân are written at the end of the Musalehan, they are also recorded as the authors. The name of the work is given according to the entry in 112b, taking into account its content. 112a is empty. Additional information: It is the seventh work of the magazine with eleven works. 555 AD: It is the eighth work of a magazine with eleven works. There are annotations in some of the margins; Most of these are conveyed from Seyyid Şerif Cürcânî's Keşşâf Postscript. The copy is rejected
556 AD: The first three verses of Surah Baqara are interpreted. Since the copy we have is incomplete, not all of the verses can be interpreted. The name of the commentator could not be determined. Additional information: It is the ninth work of the magazine with eleven works. There is no copying record. 138a-140a are empty. There are medical benefits in 140b. 141a is empty. There are Turkish couplets and Turkish poetry in 141b. Then the edges are empty. The copy is rejected.
557 AD: Arabic translation of the Psalms. There are 148 surahs. On page Ia of the magazine, the translation of the Psalms into Arabic is written on Hz. It is not stated that it was made by Ali; but the authenticity of this information has not been determined. Additional information: It is the tenth work of the magazine with eleven works. 998 Safar/December-January 1589-90, a night time copy was completed. The name of the copyist is not specified. There is a quote from Fahreddin Râzî's et-Tefsîru'l-Kebîr in 142a. In 142b-143, there is a narration with the title "Hâzihi's-Sûretu mine'-z-Zebûri'l-'Azîm". A few notes in the margins contain the Turkish equivalents of some words in the text. The copy is rejected.
558 AD: It is the tenth work of a magazine with eleven works. The copy we have is missing from the beginning and end. In 198b there is information about the rules, principles and building of the sect. Between 199a and 200b, the beginning of the 43rd verse of Nisa, a part of the 187th verse of Baqara, the beginning of the 110th verse of Taha, a part of the 255th verse of Baqara and the beginning of the 23rd verse of Mu'minun are interpreted. There is a Turkish poem in 201a and a Turkish ode in 201b. In the margins there are quotes from authors/works such as Ebussuûd, İbn Kemal Pasha, Hoca Çelebi. Among these annotations, there are many quotations from Şemsu'l-Edeb. The copy is rejected. About the magazine: The magazine contains four works on fiqh, three tafsir, two works on Sufism, one work on history and the Psalms. One of the two common sides of the copies in the magazine is that almost all of the margins are blank, and the second is that there is no copying record in any of them except one. On page Ia of the magazine, there is the imprint information of the works in the magazine; However, it is noteworthy that these tags were not made according to the order in the magazine. There are two appropriation seals and one appropriation record in the magazine. One of them, which cannot be read, is on page 80a of the first copy. In other words, the owner of this appropriation seal should be the owner of this first copy, not the magazine. The other seal is in Ia. It is estimated that this unreadable seal is one of the seals of Hafiz Ali al-Avni. The ownership record belongs to Hafız Ali el-Avnî. Hafız Ali el-Avnî is the owner of many magazines in this collection; This magazine should also belong to him.
