Sample Text This volume was created by bringing together 5 different manuscripts (Manuscript numbers: MS 140, MS 141, MS 142, MS 143, MS 144). 144 AD was written in Arabic, the others were written in Ottoman Turkish. The date of writing of the manuscripts is unknown. 140 AD: The work ends at 24b. 24b-25b: About Khidr and Moses. The work is the Turkish translation of Fıkhu'l-Ekber, attributed to Imam-i Azam Abu Hanife. The translator, who did not give his name, wrote his work in IV. He presented it to Ahmed Ağa, one of the Babüssade officers during the Mehmed period. MS 141: 30a: some hadiths, 30b-31b: The author explains in detail how he decided to write the work. He says that he wrote his work by scanning the available sources on accident, fate and will. There are short notes in the margins of the pages. The author's addendum to his work is between 52b-96a (see 84/III). 142 AD: In this treatise, which he wrote as an addendum to his own work, the author discussed in detail the views of Ashariyya and Maturidiyya about accident and destiny. There is an index in MS 143: 98a. The work begins with the book "Knowledge and Faith" and ends with the book "Savm" (139b). The author does not give his name in the introduction, but probably OM, Vol. 2, p. Based on the information on page 25, the work was recorded in TÜYATOK in the name of Münîrî-i Belgradî (d. 1029 / 1619). However, there is a possibility that the work belongs to an earlier period. 144 AD: Treatise consists of fatwas given in the form of questions and answers. At the end, it is recorded that the treatise is a compilation of the author's work called Mecmūʿatü'l-Ḥafīd (TÜYATOK 55 Hk 211/1; 06 Mil Yz A 7186).
