A book containing a collection of sayings, sayings, literature, and letters. Many people who came after Ibn al-Mu'tazz quoted him. He devoted his investigation to the Orientalist Krachkovsky, in the unique British edition, and published it - with an introduction and study in Russian - in Uppsala in 1924 in the magazine: Le monde Orientale XVIII, 56 - 121. Then it was republished in the sixth volume. From a collection of Krachowski’s works from pp. 51-58. It was published by the Russian Scientific Academy in 1960 in Leningrad. And I was interested in studying, investigating and publishing it: Subih Radeef. He appended to it “Sources and references for the study of Abdullah bin Al-Mu’tazz: his news, poetry, and publications”: (Al-Hawadith Press - Baghdad 1972, 308 pages). Finally, he added to it a group of proverbs and sayings by Ibn al-Mu'tazz as well, which he extracted from various references. The author is: Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Mu'tazz Billah Ibn Al-Mutawakkil Ibn Al-Mu'tasim Ibn Al-Rashid Al-Abbasi, Abu Al-Abbas. The creative poet, successor day and night. It was said half a day. He was born in Baghdad, and he was passionate about literature. He used to go to eloquent Bedouins and learn from them, and he met scholars from grammarians and historians, such as Al-Mubarrad and others. He wrote many books. Its translation and effects, in (“Al-A’lam” 4: 261 - 262), (“Dictionary of Authors” 6: 154 - 155; 13: 402), (“Al-Adab”, the introduction to its editor, pp. 1 - 52), and the references they mentioned regarding it: In the manuscript [it was empty in]: the eleventh of Jumada Al-Akhir... Al-Hilali. The manuscript is heavily edited and has little punctuation. And there was a lot that fell.
