Sample Text
His saying: (As for after praise be to God): “As for” is a word that contains the meaning of a condition, so the fa was necessary for it. Sibawayh said: Their saying: As for Zaid, he is a starting point. Its meaning is: Whatever it is, Zayd is a starting point. Rather, the fa was slipped into the predicate out of distaste for it to be connected verbally between the letter of a condition and a penalty, and because it includes the meaning of the beginning, it is not attached to a verb, so it is followed only by a noun.
