Notes In a tubular sheath with a length of 54 cm and diameter of 18 cm — paper — Decree of the Governor General of the Dutch East Indies of July 24, 1696 on reduction of logging Due to the constant increase in sugar mills, arak distilleries, lime, tile and brick distilleries and the sawmills saw the Governor General Willem van Outhoorn (1635-1720) compelled to publish this decree to protect timber reserves.
