Notes	Abbaskulu Ağa Bakıhanov's Arabic treatise on logic and debate etiquette. Aynü'l-Mîzân consists of "preface", "two chapters" and "hatime". In the introduction, division of words, ways of meaning of words, "conception" in the first chapter and "confirmation" in the second chapter are discussed. The subject of the work is extreme and tefrit. The epigraph of the work is about the "science of debate" and etiquette. It is also an important work in terms of literature in terms of debate. The only known copy of the work is the one that Bakıhanov gave to Mirza Kazım Bey and was found by E. Ehmedov in Petersburg in 1963 and is located in the Oriental Manuscripts Branch Library of Petersburg State University, numbered MSO 632. Aynü'l-Mîzân was translated into Azerbaijani Turkish (Memmedov) in 1971. 1971), and was translated into Russian in 1983 (Aliyev 2007: 41).
