Notes Sâlih Fâik Bey's work consists of Turkish and Persian rubais of some well-known poets. It is possible to evaluate Peymâne in two parts. The first part, consisting of Fâik's own poems, begins with a mesnevi consisting of 105 couplets titled "Peymâne". This poem begins with tawhid and continues with naʻt, in accordance with the classical order. In the continuation, Fâ'ik Bey describes the sultan of the period, II., with a 27-couplet mesnevi. He praised Abdulhamid. This is followed by a masnavi of 31 couplets titled "Hasb-i Hâl". This is followed by 1 murabba consisting of nine clauses under the title of "Istidrâd", and a mesnevi consisting of 60 couplets, starting with the couplet "Don't fall for this heart's trouble / With patience, this trouble can be cured". This first part of the work is original and consists entirely of the poet's poems. The second part of the work is given under the title "İbtidâ'-i Rubâ'iyyât". A large part of Fâik Bey's work consists of Persian rubais and poems of Iranian poets. This part of Peymâne looks like an anthology, a magazine, containing the rubais of some well-known poets. In the section related to Persian rubais, there are poems of the following poets: Mevlânâ Celâleddîn-i Rûmî (d. 671/1273), Bâyezid-i Bistâmî (d. 233/848), Abdurrahman Câmî (d. 897/1492), Abdulkâdir Bîdil (d. 1132/1720), Kemâleddîn-i İsfahânî (d. 671/1273), Ömer Hayyâm (d. 525/1131), Feyzî-i Hindî (d. 1003/1595), Örfî-i Şirâzî (d. 1000/1591), Niyâzî (d. 1931), Nefʻî (d. 1044/1635), Molla Câmî (d. 897/1492), Ebû Saîd-i Ebuʼl-Hayr (d. 440/1049), Senâî (d. 525/1131), Ferîduddin Attâr (d. 617/1221), Celâleddin Devvânî (d. 671/1273), Hâkânî (d. 585/1190), Ali Şîr Nevâyî (d. 906/1501), İbn-i Yemîn (d. 770/1368), Nefʻî (d. 1044/1635), Enverî (d. ?/?), Azmizâde Hâletî (d. 1040/1631), Seyyid Nizâm (d. 956/1550), Mesûd-i Saʻd-i Selmân (d. ?/?), Hüseyin-i Tebrîzî (d. 1323/1906), Aşkî (d. 981/1574), Fahreddîn Râzî (d. 606/1210), Firdevsî (d. 410/1020), Hâfız-ı Şirâzî (d. 792/1390), Râgıb Pasha (d. 1176/1763), Şâh İsmail (d. 930/1524), Mihrî Hâtûn (d. 911/1506), Lâle Hâtûn (d. 681/1283), Feyzullâh Sermed (d. 1202/1788), Nevʻizâde Atâyî (d. 1044/1635), İmâm Gazâlî (d. 504/1111), Yavuz Sultan Selim (d. 926/1520), (Urfalı) Şevket (d. 1335/1917) and Lutfullâh (d. 921/1516).The poets under the title of Turkish rubais are as follows: Nâbî (d. 1123/1712), Fuzûlî (d. 963/1556), Azmîzâde Hâletî (d. 1040/1631), Şeyh Gâlib (d. 1213/1799), Râgıb Pasha (d. 1176/1763), Ziyâ Pasha (d. 1297/1880), Sultan IV.
