The groom is Menaḥem ha-Kohen, called Bekhor, H.y.ṿ., ben k. ha-R. Shim'on ha-Kohen, n. E. The bride is Luna bat k. ha-R. Shabtai Mizraḥi, H.y.ṿ. Witnesses: Bekhor Yosif [?]; Binyamin Naḥum., "On Monday, on the Sabbath, twenty days into the new moon, the year 5692 of the creation of the world, for how many of us are here in Mata Azmir Ya'a Del Kupah Yamma [?] and from the waters of springs and Barat Mastafka said the bridegroom ... Kharr Menachem HaCohen Damtakari Bekor 15 son of Kharr Shimon HaCohen nee Li'alat Chen ... Batulta Kulta Da Marat Luna Tama Bat ... Kharr My Mizrahi Sabbaths of the 15th century are for me as the religion of Moses and Israel ... the youngest son Yosif [?]; the youngest son Binyamin Nahum.", Foxing. Turkish names (Menahem Kohen, Luna) and dates (29/11/931) in the middle left of the form, with the oval stamp of Kolelot Yehude Izmir. At top right of form is round stamp of Bet Din Tsedeḳ Y.B. Ts., Izmir, with ms. notation signed by Bekhor Yitsḥaḳ Ḳaṭan. Wedding took place on the night of 20 Kisleṿ 5692 (29 Nov. 1931), in Izmir, Turkey.
