According to the marginal note (f.1.a) it came to the possession of Sayid Muḥammad Sarfarāz 'Alī in Ramaḍān of 1287 [1870]. Includes 25 faṣl. This is the first volume of the manuscript begins with first bāb on the diseases related to head. A treatise on the treatment of diseases.
