According to the marginal note (f.1.a) it came to the possession of Sayid Muḥammad Sarfarāz 'Alī in Ramaḍān of 1287 [1870]. Includes 25 faṣl. This is the first volume of the manuscript begins with first bāb on the diseases related to head. A treatise on the treatment of diseases. Oriental paper, some marginal glosses. 18 lines per page, Nasta'aliq/shikastah, rubricated. Second title appears on the headpiece of the first page. Title from the fly page supplied by Casey Wood.
