One of the most important studies that can be written about the Quran madrassas in Senegal is the research on the lives of children studying in these Quran madrasas in Senegal. Are their lives commensurate with legal rights or not? For this reason, this research is gathered under the title of Methods Used in Religious Education Institutions in Senegal According to Islamic Law (Analysis of the Educational Method Applied in Senegal in Terms of Islamic Jurisprudence), which deals with how children are educated in the Quran madrassas in Senegal. In the first part, the researcher tried to learn and teach the Holy Quran and touched upon Senegal, its geography, tribes and surroundings, the history of Islam's arrival here, and the strength of the relationship between Muslims and religion, who suffered despite the difficulties from the French colonialists. In the second part, he talked about the educational methods in the Qur'anic madrasahs in Senegal, including the traditional Qur'anic madrasas that fight colonialism with all their might, represented by sheikhs who are interested in spreading the teachings of Islam, and the model Qur'anic madrasahs, which are based on the extensions and integration of these traditional Qur'anic madrasas, since their owners are graduates of the traditional Qur'anic madrasas. Then, in the third part, the legitimate rights of children in general and especially their legal rights, including the right to education, security, peace, continuity and the child's right to the environment, if they remain attached to the walls of these Qur'anic madrassas, are touched upon. In the last section, the ways, methods and practices used to obtain these legal rights for children are mentioned. As a result, it is not forgotten to present recommendations, solutions and suggestions that can lead to the development of these Qur'anic madrassas in Senegal in various fields.
One of the most important research that can be written about Qur'anic schools in Senegal is the research that talking about Children's lives in these Quranic schools in Senegal. Is their life in it is based on Sharia rights or not. That is why this research came under the title: Methods used in religious education institutions in Senegal according to Islamic law (the rights of children and its applications in Quranic schools in Senegal). In the first chapter, the researcher talked about Senegal, its geography, tribes, and its environment, as well as the history of the introduction of Islam in it and the strength of the relationship of Muslims in it to religion by seeking to learn and teach the Holy Quran with what they were suffering from difficulties that come from the side of the French colonialists. In the second chapter, he talked about the traditional Qur'anic schools, which fought colonialism with all its power represented by their leaders from the religious sheikhs who are interested in spreading the teachings of the Islamic religion and the model Qur'anic schools that depend on an extension, bridge and complementation of these traditional Qur'anic schools. Because its masters are graduates of traditional Quran schools. These schools came to improve the conditions of traditional Qur'anic schools in terms of memorization speed, and the prevention of begging, and others. Then, in the third chapter, he touched on the legitimate rights of children in general, including the right to education, the right to security, safety and stability, the right to the environment and others. In the last chapter, he touched on the ways, methods and applications used to reach the realization of these legitimate rights for children. In conclusion, the writer mentioned the recommendations, solutions and suggestions that, if followed, could lead to their results in developing these Quranic schools in Senegal in various fields.
