Sample Text This study; It was put forward with the aim of drawing the theoretical framework of the content analysis of websites where Arabic is taught as a foreign language, presenting examples of computer-aided content analysis tools, creating a list of criteria based on accepted language proficiency criteria, and examining to what extent these criteria are met on the websites that are the sample of the study. The most important questions to be answered by this study are as follows: To what extent do the websites where Arabic is taught as a foreign language comply with the language proficiency criteria? Is it appropriate to analyze the content of these websites with computer-aided tools? To what extent do the results of computer-assisted and manual analysis of the content of these websites coincide? What are the positive and negative points on websites where Arabic is taught as a foreign language? What are the suggestions for content construction in light of the results of the study? By following the descriptive-analytical method in the study, opinions, information and concepts related to the subject were collected and analyzed using question-answer, content analysis software Dedoose and evaluation scale. The most important results of the study are as follows: There is no method followed in terms of linguistic skills and 5C criteria in terms of content presentation on the sample websites. Since there is no simultaneous content-related training on these websites, the level of verbal communication and interaction in their content is low. These sites are at different levels in terms of the cultural content they offer and the diversity of this content. It was observed that grammar topics were presented without a clear order. Likewise, it has been determined that the activities on these websites lack the levels of analysis, synthesis and evaluation, which are the upper levels of the cognitive domain levels. It was observed that fixed structures were used in activities and exercises, and there was no transition from classical forms to sustainable forms. Finally, it has been understood that computer-assisted content analysis provides effective and meticulous results for the analysis of foreign language teaching websites. This research aims to frame the theoretical foundations for analyzing the content of Arabic language teaching websites for non-native speakers, then build a list of criteria based on language proficiency guidelines, and then measure the extent to which these criteria are achieved in the research sample. This study answers the question around the percentage of compatibility of distance learning Arabic sites for non-native speakers with the language proficiency standards. It follows the descriptive-analytical approach and the questionnaire and content analysis programs as tools for analysis. The results included preparing a list of criteria for analyzing and evaluating the content of distance learning Arabic for non-native speakers, according to the 5C's standards and guidelines issued by (ACTFL). The results showed the inappropriateness of the research sample to the concept of the curriculum in presenting the content, and the imbalance of content in terms of skills and 5C's standards. It showed a low level of oral reaction in sample content. Due to the lack of simultaneous communicative education, the diversity and bias of cultural content varied. There is no clear constructivism for presenting grammar. The results of the exercises showed the absence of the highest threshold of thinking levels: analysis, synthesis, and evaluation, and the adoption of fixed patterns for the exercises. Weak use of techniques in serving content and enriching linguistic and cultural learning. The results showed the effectiveness and accuracy of automated analysis in analyzing the content of language teaching sites.
