This study deals with the method of how Imam 'Aynî and Keşmîrî commented on Bukhari's work called Sahîh, with the information obtained from their books Umdetü'l-kârî and Feyzü'l-bârî. The istikra (induction) method was used in the study. Since both scholars need to be introduced before delving into the subject, information about the two scholars was given at the beginning. Then, a comparison was made between the two scholars in question. In this context, the issues on which both agreed and disagreed were emphasized. However, the issues on which the two scholars disagree are very few. Therefore, in the research, we tried to explain the issues where the ideas of the two scholars overlap. At this point, the most important issue that both scholars agree on is the way they use hadith terms. Accordingly, in the study, three issues under the name of the provisions obtained from the hadiths, the compilations of the hadiths and the corrections and modifications of the narrators are mentioned as the issues on which both imams agree. As for the issues on which these two scholars disagree, in this section, 'Aynî followed a different path in terms of the translation of hadith narrators. Kashmiri, on the other hand, was not very active in this regard. If we look again at the places where they agreed, it is stated that under the same title, they both agree on the commentary of Bukhari's chapters and the hadiths under the said title. In the study, after the section mentioned above, the collection of narrations, the commentary on the subject of gharibu'l-hadith, the interpretation and guidance of the hadiths, examples, stories and issues that both imams agree on are mentioned. In addition, the two imams we examined agree on the issues of providing evidence with Qur'anic verses, hadiths and poetic couplets. Based on this information, we can even say that they agreed to convey the poetic couplets together. When it comes to understanding the hadiths (fiqh of the hadiths), both of them are in agreement on the understanding of the hadiths and the nature of their purposes. They also took into account the purposes of Sharia and the changes in the meaning of the hadiths with the change of time. Another point on which they agreed emerged when they mentioned the disagreements between the scholars and scholars of hadith. Finally, in this research, the methods of 'Ayni and Kashmiri' are briefly mentioned separately for the convenience of those who want to see the method of either of them. This study deals with the approach of the two Imams al-ʿAynī, and al-Kashmīrī on the explanation of Sahih al-Bukhārī, through their books ʿUmdat al-qārī and Fayd al-bārī. Thesis uses the inductive method. However, defining of both Imam at the beginning to be distinguished from the others. The two-Imams stood on the issues on which they agreed, and on some issues on which they have different views. Thus, thesis attempts to combine the issues on which they have the same perspective. For instance, in their use of Hadith terms what are related to the correction and verification of Hadith, criticizing of the narrators and their confirmation.What differed between the al-ʿAynī, on the al-Kashmīrī in this chapter is the commentary of the Hadith narrators. This chapter mentions a collection of narrations and an explanation of a strange hadith, examples, stories, and some issues what they agreed. They also agreed with the citations of Qur'anic verses, noble hadiths, and poetic verses. In the hadith jurisprudence, they also agreed in understanding the hadiths and their meaning. However, they cared about the purposes of Sharia and its understanding with the change of time. While from what they agreed on was also mentioning the difference between the jurists and the hadith scholars. Finally, the thesis ends with summarizing the al-ʿAynī, approach alone, and the al-Kashmīrī approach alone as well to be more precise.
