Recto: geṭ in which Manṣūr b. Maḥfūẓ al-Kohen divorces his wife, Sitt al-Dār bint Ibn Naṣr. Dated Thursday, 19th Av 1466 (= 1155 CE) in Fusṭāṭ. Witnessed by Mevoraḵ b. Nathan he-Ḥaver and Solomon ha-Levi b. Samuel. Verso: confirmation of receipt, witnessed by Mevoraḵ b. Nathan he-Ḥaver and Solomon ha-Levi b. Samuel, along with a brief note describing the document. Also on the verso are three lines in another hand, containing calendrical terms.
