Basmala, praise be to God who has made the House a place of worship for people... And then, in our time, that is, in the late thirteenth century, some scholars have said that there is no narration from the jurists... that whoever passes through Dhu Al-Hulayfa and does not enter into ihram from it, and enters into ihram from Rabigh or someone who follows him, and does not enter Al-Juhfa, has fulfilled the obligation of ihram and is obligated to sacrifice. - This addition at the end of the hadith reinforces the hadith’s indication of the obligation of the appointed time, and the conclusion of the hadith is the clear path of facilitation and kindness, and God Almighty knows what is right... It was done with God’s help by Ubaidullah bin Fathallah in the country of the Messenger of God, may God’s peace be upon him, praise be to God... 1322 AH.
