Notes Praise be to God, as in others, with the testimony of his two martyrs. Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our Master and Lord Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets and the Imam of the Messengers, and upon his family and all his companions. After he married, with blessings, success, happiness, acceptance, and righteousness on earth, Sidi Muhammad bin Al-Mukarram and Al-Munim, Sidi Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Khalidi, the family of the sheikh, Sidi Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Khairi, the family of the sheikh of Sidi Muhammad bin Ibrahim, may God benefit us with him. With the broadcast, the preserved pearl, the hidden pearl, Mrs. Zuhoor, daughter of the late Sayyid al-Tayeb bin J Muhammad al-Haraz in Al-Hakimi. Here is my condolences to the neglected orphan. She has no guardian from a father, nor a caregiver, nor a judge in the custody of her honorable mother, Lal Khadouj, daughter of Al-Abr Al-Muneim, Al-Haj Muhammad bin Bushti Al-Kalali, in the sufficiency of her brother Idris in the honor of his two martyrs, and they bear witness to a blessed dowry of sixty Saudi riyals after the Sein. He represented the aforementioned husband for all the dowry described in full and clear, and I released him from it with the aforementioned wife’s consent to that. He completed her marriage agreement according to the Qur’an, the Sunnah, security and safety, and what was stated in the decisive Qur’an, and to retain it with kindness or to release it with kindness. Her aforementioned brother married her to her with her authorization for him to do so. Rather, its date was after she informed her of the husband’s husband and the dowry he had given her of the dowry, so she expressed her consent and acceptance and said yes, and the husband accepted it in acceptance. Completely and with satisfaction, he committed himself and spent it, and God reconciles them and guides them to what pleases Him. After the aforementioned custodian testified that she supervised for a husband, including the aforementioned woman, to rent his home from her own money, which was purely hers, to live with her, their aforementioned daughter, in one house for the period of his living with her, as a commitment necessary for her condition and her responsibility, the aforementioned husband testified that he accepted that, and was satisfied, and was obligated to live with her, by marrying her aforementioned daughter, in one house, as mentioned, as a commitment necessary for him according to his ability. He testified about it to them in full, and he made it known to them on behalf of the husband, and Kafya knew about it. On the ninth of Shawwal, the baraks were seven, with one hundred twenty-three hundred and a thousand. Praise be to God, after the wife testified about him that she bore the husband’s share of food, drink, and clothing to support him, to the point of forfeiting what was legally obligatory for her, and he absolved him of marital and other causes with a complete and comprehensive absolution, absolute, general, after which there is no follow-up or establishment, whether the marriage was long or short, and he knew her protection from him, as his mother, the woman, Mrs. Khadouj, testified. What is mentioned about him is that she absolved him of all previous contact between them regarding his history and that she bore what her aforementioned daughter might have done to her aforementioned husband with the necessary tolerance for what was hers and her responsibility, and in the presence of the wife’s brother, Idris, and his approval and testimony that he fully bore what his aforementioned sister and her mother might have done of what was mentioned, with a burden necessary for what was his and his responsibility and because of what was mentioned and for which the aforementioned testified one divorce, a successor to her, and he separated from her as necessary, and that He said hello to the girl mentioned above. He married her to an orphan mother who travels or resides with her, such that she has nothing left with her except for family ties. They knew his fate, and he testified to them in full, and he knew whoever excepted the wife, he knew her enough on the twenty-fifth of Qa’dah al-Haram in the year one thousand three hundred and twenty-eight. Praise be to God, the two differences above have been retracted, provided that a Roman of silk and one riyal will be removed from her on her return. Ahmed Bujanan, by her power of attorney from her over him. His two witnesses from her heard it in his history and the husband accepted it completely. It is clear to the aforementioned husband and the mother of the aforementioned wife that they were bound by the condition around it in its text and description. They knew his worth and he testified against him in full and he knew what the wife’s waiting period was. He knew it on the nineteenth of Shaban Al-Abrak in the year one thousand three hundred and twenty-nine.
