Notes Praise be to God, the author received the following individuals, namely, Sayyid Muhammad bin Abdullah al-Faqir al-Talghizi al-Bayyadi, Hamani ibn al-Muqaddam al-Nasab, Hammani ibn al-Sayyid Abd al-Rahman al-Nasab, al-Sayyid Muhammad ibn al-Faqih al-Sayyid Ali Faddal al-Muqaddam al-Nasab, al-Khayyat ibn Muhammad ibn Issa al-Salam by lineage, Wahid ibn Muhammad al-Shawni, Si al-Mahdi ibn Si Ghulal al-Khayati, Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Dahman al-Talghizi, al-Khayyat ibn Ali ibn al-Maamani by lineage and al-Hajj Muhammad ibn Al-Tayeb ibn Baz, the lineage, Si Muhammad Sidi Bazyan Al-Khayyati, Si Qasim ibn Sayyid Al-Hajj Al-Khayat, Si Muhammad ibn Si Al-Mahdi Al-Khayyati, Si Al-Khayyat ibn Sidi Idris, the lineage, the jurist, Professor Si Abd al-Malik al-Khayyati, Si al-Mahdi, Si Ab ibn Rahhal, the lineage, and al-Tayyib ibn Ham al-Talaghzi, included their testimony of their knowledge of Sheikh al-Adl al-Talaghazi, complete knowledge that was sufficient according to the law, and with it they testified that he had an interest and a benefit for the aforementioned Mudshar and his brother. Harmful to anyone from the aforementioned mudshar, and the man who responded to you complaining about the reason for his arrest, Saeed bin Abdul Aziz, who mentioned to you, was demonizing the mudshar and others, and he mentioned to you that his successor, the Sheikh, had received twenty mithqals from him, of which he did not receive, neither a little nor a lot. Rather, his words against you are slander and were false by the aforementioned sheikh. He does not harm anyone except the oppressor who wronged himself and is transgressing against you and from the resident. It is for whomever he received from them what he mentioned, as he mentioned, record it as it was written, and with it their testimony is recorded, and I am responsible from them for peace. Also on the twenty-second of Safar in the year seventy-nine and two and a thousand servants of his Lord, Glory be to Him, praise be to God, he knows, and for his number, God secured it through His blessings with the Arab Sheikh mentioned above, because he does not know that anyone will be harmed except the one who wronged himself. As for this speech that was mentioned, that his successor, Sheikh Al-Dirham, above, received a check from him, all of that is on them, and he included it.
