Notes	Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad, his family, and his companions, our master the eminent jurist, my master Muhammad Al-Saffar, and after performing what we are obligated to from God in terms of the perfection of your benevolence, that you convey to the noblest of the knowledge of our master, may God perpetuate his glory and exalt him, for we had purchased from the trustees of our master an advance such as a broom parcel and its parts, as is known, the restriction of his father-in-law, our master the Imam, may God grant his soul a period of time. Three years for ninety thousand mithqals, and our master, may God perpetuate his existence, wrote to his workers to support us in controlling what you have given us so that no one else would dispose of it. They complied with the order of the Mawlawi, may God bless him. Then in it, like Tarda, Mount Zarhun and its environs, we appointed others to buy what appeared from it to us and prevented those who wanted to dispose of it without our permission. Now, like Tarda, Mount Zarhun and its environs, the public began to sell and buy in it, and they prohibited its purchase. And our representatives from disposing of it, and it claims that our master, may God grant him victory, handed it over to them, and their buying and selling increased in it, until this led to it being sold in the bakers’ market in the Idrisiyah Zawiya, as I have shown that in a drawing, and the people denied that supervision and others, after it had previously been sold only in the hotel, Al-Bran Haddo, in Al-Zawiyah and no other place, and the matter remained in this state. The system of buying and selling in Al-Kantarada was dysfunctional in all its shops, and our master, may God support him, looked more broadly at this, and peace.
