Notes Praise be to God alone, and may God’s prayers be upon our master Muhammad and his family. And then, we received a question from Sharif Mawlawi in it about the disgrace of our master, his successor in Marrakesh, Moulay Hafsi, that he summoned the people to pledge allegiance to him and depart from obedience to the Sultan. Is it permissible for him to do so according to Sharia law? Will what the hearts of the public like, that he wants to defend foreigners, be accepted from him according to Sharia law? And is it acceptable to the hearts of the public that he wants to defend foreigners, is it acceptable to him according to Sharia law and is it permissible for him to summon himself and go out? About obedience before him or not, and assuming that there is no surprise to a foreigner at the time and his wives that I am a foreigner on the outskirts of the kingdom, it is only to seek his rights, to pay the blood money for the dead, and to guard the remaining foreigners in this province, as they recognize it. Our master, may God grant him victory, has ensured that the occupying army will pass between Casablanca and his city alone, upon completion of their demands on the rule and conditions. The Imams and the guided ones, and may peace and blessings be upon our Master Muhammad, the Qabil. Whoever obeys my command has obeyed me, and whoever disobeys my command has disobeyed me, and upon his family and companions, the well-accepted notables. And after that, the pledge of allegiance to our master and our greatest Imam, the most important, the most honorable supporter of the nation and the Imam of the Imams, Mawlana Abdul Aziz, may God grant him glory, victory, and empowerment for the sake of his grandfather, the faithful Messenger, is firm and binding on all the soldiers and soldiers of his kingdom, and it is not permissible to deviate from it, so whoever breaks it will only O you who have believed, obey God and obey the Messenger, and in Sahih Al-Bukhari on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he attributed it. Whoever dislikes anything from his ruler, let him see, for he has departed from the Sultan by a span. He died the death of ignorance. He said in the message and obedience to the imams of the Muslims, their rulers, and their scholars, there is hope. Therefore, it is proven to follow Al-Hasan Al-Mahdi from rebelling against Al-Hajjaj. Al-Qadi Ayyad, the majority of the Sunnis in hadith, jurisprudence, and theology, said that it is not permissible to rebel against the Sultan, and the scholar Al-Muwaq said who aided him. Regarding the removal of a person and the appointment of someone else, and he is not safe from the shedding of the blood of a Muslim, then he is a partner in his blood. He said, except among the majority of Sunnis, that he does not remove the khula and it is not obligatory for him to do so because of the hadiths such as the hadith: “Obey them, even if they eat your money or strike on your behalf as long as they perform prayers,” and a long hadith behind every righteous and immoral person and hadith, and that we do not dispute the matter with its people. Accordingly, the outsider, my master, the grandson of the mentioned person, finds upon him the ruling referred to in the words of Khalil al-Baghiyya, a group that disagreed with the imam to prevent a right, or he succeeds him, then justice is fighting them, and as for the ruling. Jihad in the moment and at the time is up to our Lord the Imam, and if he sees the strength of the Muslims, he strives with his own soul, and he sees that he is weaker and righteous, as in the issue of service, and Khalil and Imam said appeasement for the sake of an interest, and this either was not, or it was not appropriate, unless the defense was required, according to Khalil’s statement, and it was determined by the prestige of the number, and where it is proven that no, surprise him, the ruling remains as it is, and it is not permissible to revolt against our Master as long as he lives, and the affliction of the outsider by what pleases the hearts of supplications is not acceptable from him, and the ruling on it if not He encourages repentance, which is what was mentioned, and God is the Granter of success, on the 19th of Rajab in the year 1324.
