Notes Praise be to God alone               and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad, his family, and his companions, the best and most perfect jurist, the most glorious president, Sidi Abdullah bin Ahmed. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you in the presence of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And what is required of your perfection is that you support Hajj Hanno in a call that has slipped and stand in it as honorable as God Almighty does, because he is oppressed and attacked in it, and Hajj Hanno when the call was decided upon him in terms of injustice. I took advantage of Tazlaght for us, and it appeared to him in it, that it was particularly true that Hajj al-Mahdi had given him permission to impose a tax on the grocers, since he was a trustee of more than the weight of a stone, so he did so and brought it to him. We asked for it from him. He said to him about something of theirs that we would pay and witness together about it, and a dispute arose between them over that, until Tazlaght complained to us about the issue of Talaat al-Hajj al-Mahdi, and our master authorized it to be paid to the trustees until now, and then he was the most expensive decoration shop. For a grocer, so he took advantage of the grocer by buying and selling in it, so Hajj al-Mahdi asked him for a guarantor, so Abu Anan guaranteed him two guarantees, and al-Mahdi did not give the guarantee and he admitted to me that it was in his possession. Then after a while, the grocer fled with a debt, so it was determined to Hajj al-Mahdi that Al-Abaq had paid a tire for the children of Tazi with an amount of riyals and an additional amount that he would collect from whomever had paid for it. Then Hajj al-Mahdi complained about the case, so our lord came out to the lord of the account to collect the tires. So he left everything and directed Ali Zalghat and decided to sell the shop’s decorations, which Al-Abq used to be the most expensive, and that is, and that what pays a lot of money is the debt of the horizon, and it is not heavy for us, so he came to the door of my house, the mouse, and I arrived with him to the door of the house of Hajj Al-Mahdi, but we did not find a master who revealed what he had in mind. In the kingdom of history, he directed the grocers and authorized them to do an obligatory action, with the difference that the first thing to be sold is the shop’s decorations, and also another obligation from his Lord to do so, and if they were the obligatory ones, then is there anything other than an angel? It pays the debt on behalf of whoever it was, so it was concluded that it is like a shop and a barn. Either he fled or he lost, for the least of them. He pays the debt on behalf of the one who escaped or lost. This partner bought this one and blinded him or borrowed it. And peace and the obligatory ones they did before Hajj Hano looked at three except a brother’s love for a brother in that weak person and his well-being. May God heal you and peace be upon you. The matter will be easy for you. It will be on your mind. Praise be to God, our lover and servant of our most honorable Lord, the jurist Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj, may God protect you and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you. On the authority of our best Lord, may God grant him victory. And then look at what Hajj Ahmad Kannoun mentioned in the case of Al-Susi, who wanted Hajj Al-Mahdi to take him unjustly and aggressively against him. May God forgive us and him. Praise be to God, who made you worthy of the truth and made you one of its people. And upon him, we wanted you to give your mind to the question so that everyone with a right can take his right, because we have no doubt that if you give your mind to the question, it will not be decided except with the truth. This is our belief and we have become accustomed to our Lord and to love and peace in the 29th Hajj year. 83                   Abdullah bin Ahmed, may God be kind to him
