Notes Praise be to God, after the dhimmi Youssef bin Shalom, called Awidon Al-Dabrouli, claimed that he had a father in Ibrahim Bam Mushi from the lineage of Ahmed bin Abd al-Karim al-Tawati. The carpenters claimed that he was unaware of the first’s weaving of six cotton and the sheaf of seven, and the second’s possession of twelve sheafs. They testified to them that he possessed five weaves of their own eyes and a sheaf of five sheafs, the amount of which was eight mithqals and an ounce, in full possession. Then they testified together that they acquitted the aforementioned Ahmed. The aforementioned claim is for complete acquittal, in that they had nothing left before it, neither the little nor the great, of which they knew the value of it. He testified against them in a state voluntarily and in possession, and he knew it on the twenty-second of the Sacred Hijjah in the year seventy-four in the month of Muwahidah, Maiten, and Alif Abd Rabbuh Al-Balghiti.
