The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who has endeared the homelands to the transgressors of their people, and the Qattan, and prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad Dhu al-Shaym al-Hasan and upon his family and companions, those of righteousness, piety, and benevolence.
