Praise be to God alone, His Excellency the Pasha, the most perfect, the best scholar, the source of literature and nobility, the genealogy of the noble and the virtuous, the jurist, the kind, son of the Wazir, the greatest harm, Sir Hajj Muhammad Al-Muqri. May the peace and mercy of God be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God support him. After that, I present before you my humble request. Help us, please, to fulfill it and work to implement it. This is because since the death of the one, may God have mercy on him, I have been determined to buy a place on my account and the account of my tenants in order to live in it. In the last few days, I bought it and paid the buyer some of the price he owed. Since my master’s finances are low, I decided to sell one of their father’s properties for what I bought due to the lack of money and the poor situation. The deadline set for possessing the key to the store and paying the rest of the price had expired. Then I registered a lawsuit against the resident of the store that I intended to sell in order to empty it so that its price would be expensive and high due to its emptiness. I was given a ruling for that and a deadline for moving out was six months, most of which had passed. Due to the expiration of the period and the deadline, we asked the buyer for the rest of the price, and I have nothing to pay for it. Therefore, because of the good morals, grace, and dignity that you bestowed on him, and because I believe it is your honor to stand with your righteous son, who considers himself not to have lost his father, he will come to you (better). I have settled on a sum of three hundred thousand francs, 300,000. I hope that you will help me with it in the manner of advances and benevolence that leads to the decree of coming to me, Your Excellency, the most honorable Pasha, with complete certainty in You will do your best to obtain my aforementioned case and save me from this problem that cannot be solved in a way that satisfies anyone but you, based on your generosity and concern for the right of fatherhood, which I am honored by. Then I thought and thought a lot about a generous man who has my case and presented my request to him, but I did not find anyone but you. Please help us to (amputate) for your honor in me my relative, the one who works in heaven. I paid another brokerage shop for the blessings and he supported what I am asking for at the moment, and finally I have the honor of kissing him. Your generous hands, I wish you a happy life and complete well-being, and may you always be protected by the care of the Almighty God, marked and with complete love, complete affection, and safety.
